Garment Merchandiser (Hiệp Hòa, Bắc Giang)

About the role

The company is looking for a Garment Merchandiser to support its sample development process for the Hiệp Hòa plant in Bắc Giang. You will act as the bridge between buyers, design teams and the sample room, ensuring that technical specifications are correctly interpreted and that samples are delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review and translate tech packs, verify original samples when available, and prepare all materials needed for sample making.
• Create and maintain a sample schedule in coordination with the sample room to meet buyer deadlines.
• Monitor the sample production process, conduct quality checks, and compile a sample checklist to accompany each delivery.
• Develop samples, arrange required fabrics and trims, and ensure proper documentation throughout the process.

Required profile

• College degree (university or college graduate).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a merchandiser in a garment company.
• Experience with woven jacket products is a strong plus.
• Good team player with reasonable written and spoken English skills.
