About the role

The University is seeking a senior HR leader to shape and execute its human resources strategy. Reporting to top management, you will drive organizational development, talent acquisition, and a high‑performance culture across multiple campuses.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the University’s mission and objectives.
• Lead organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change‑management initiatives.
• Build and nurture a values‑driven, high‑performance culture.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract top academic and professional talent.
• Strengthen employer branding and oversee talent acquisition processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role (HR Director, Head of HR, HRBP Director).
• Experience in universities, international schools, higher‑education institutions, or large service organizations.
