Head of Marketing Data & Digital – East Asia (Mobility Aftermarket)

About the role

The Head of Marketing Data and Digital will lead the collection, maintenance and analysis of vehicle and parts data for the Mobility Aftermarket division across East Asia. Reporting to regional leadership, you will ensure high‑quality data supports product managers, market coverage tools and AI‑driven digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with regional offices and external agencies to gather market information on local car parc and initiate market research when needed.
• Create and maintain vehicle and engine data in the Marketing Data Warehouse Expert System (FAS).
• Acquire and update original equipment information and competitor data, ensuring accurate Bosch part numbers and cross‑references.
• Monitor data quality and generate front‑end information for product managers and market coverage dashboards.
• Coordinate catalogue planning, data generation and publications such as TecDoc.
• Support global mobility aftermarket projects and drive AI and digitalisation adaptations for the region.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Mobility Aftermarket processes and systems.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive aftermarket, vehicle cataloguing and OEM products.
• Proven project‑management ability to lead global initiatives.
• Solid experience in data management, analytics and AI solution integration.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably with people‑management responsibilities.
