Head of Supply Chain, Vietnam & China

About the role

The company, a fast‑growing US consumer‑products business, is looking for a senior leader to build and manage its sourcing operations across Vietnam and China. Reporting directly to the CEO in the United States, the Head of Supply Chain will drive end‑to‑end supply‑chain strategy while working in a remote‑first environment based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a regional sourcing strategy that supports product demand and cost targets.
• Lead procurement, logistics and manufacturing activities for export‑oriented operations.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders and contract manufacturers in Vietnam and China.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and quality standards.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing supply‑chain team.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement or manufacturing.
• At least five years in a senior management or director‑level role.
• Proven track record of managing export‑oriented supply chains in Asia.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
