About the role

The Hospital Network Management Senior Specialist will support governance and quality management of empaneled medical providers, ensuring they align with Prudential’s policies and standards. The role involves developing provider selection, evaluation and onboarding processes and conducting regular performance reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Support governance and quality management of empaneled medical providers.
• Ensure provider compliance with company policies and medical provider standards.
• Develop and implement provider selection, evaluation and onboarding procedures.
• Conduct periodic reviews and performance assessments of providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to monitor provider metrics and improve service quality.
• Monitor provider performance metrics and report findings to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the provider network.

Required profile

• Degree in Insurance, Medical or Business Management.
• Proven experience working with medical providers or in network/hospital management within an insurance company.
• Experience handling healthcare products in an insurance context.
• Strong knowledge of insurance, hospital or medical/nursing environments.
