HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Senior role in Hanoi

About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as the on‑site HR representative for associates in Hanoi, working closely with regional HR Business Partners to deliver effective HR support and ensure consistent application of policies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary on‑site HR contact for Hanoi‑based employees and managers, providing timely guidance and support on day‑to‑day people matters.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to share local insights on employee concerns, engagement, retention risks and team dynamics.
• Handle employee‑relations cases on‑site, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, workplace conflicts, grievances and sensitive discussions, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality.
• Coordinate local HR activities such as workforce updates, onboarding and off‑boarding processes, HR communications and policy clarifications, collaborating with HR Centres of Excellence and operations teams.

Required profile

• Senior‑level HR professional with experience supporting a large, multinational organization.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential matters.
