Inbound Travel Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Inbound Travel Sales Consultant to join our team in Hanoi. You will guide English‑speaking clients through personalized tour options across Vietnam, Thailand, Laos and Cambodia, ensuring memorable travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and analyse customer requests and propose suitable tour plans.
• Communicate travel options, create itineraries, quotations and confirmations.
• Provide end‑to‑end customer service before, during and after bookings.
• Meet performance standards: timely responses, insightful consultation, follow‑up and up‑selling.
• Achieve personal revenue and profit targets.
• Maintain relationships with individual and group clients.
• Track daily bookings and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth tour execution.
• Assist in developing new tour products and submit regular reports to the Director of Sales.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.5 years experience in a similar sales or travel consulting role with proven results.
• University graduate.
• Fluent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong customer‑service mindset, clear and professional communication.
• Team player with a passion for travel.
