Industrial Engineer – Automotive Wiring Harness

About the role

As an Industrial Engineer you will drive productivity improvements and process optimisation for automotive wiring harness production. You will collaborate closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and support cost‑effective operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard work, work instructions and line‑balancing documents.
• Conduct time studies, work measurement and other lean‑manufacturing analyses.
• Support production layout design, capacity planning and continuous productivity improvement initiatives.
• Identify waste, propose corrective actions and monitor implementation results.

Required profile

• Experience in industrial engineering within an automotive manufacturing environment, preferably wiring‑harness production.
• Strong knowledge of time study, line balancing, work measurement and lean manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with production layout, capacity planning and productivity improvement techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and teamwork skills.
