Industrial Engineer – Good English Required

About the role
We are looking for an Industrial Engineer with strong English communication skills to join Camso Vietnam’s manufacturing team. The position focuses on driving productivity and operational efficiency across tire and mixing production lines by applying Lean tools and the Michelin Way methodology.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, analyse and propose improvement projects that create added value and increase overall efficiency.
- Apply Lean, Michelin Way/Bib tools to optimise processes in solid‑tire and mixing manufacturing environments.
- Support cross‑functional teams in planning and implementing continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators, track progress and report results to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial System Engineering, Industrial Management or a closely related discipline.
- Prior experience – internship or work – in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
