About the role

The IT Business Analyst will join the Risk Department to support credit risk initiatives. You will partner with credit risk stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional system solutions.

Key responsibilities

Partner with Credit Risk stakeholders to understand business needs, credit policies, processes, and pain points.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional/system requirements and user stories.
Work closely with IT and Data teams to design and implement solutions for lending and credit risk systems.
Analyze and improve credit assessment, underwriting, and loan origination processes.

Required profile

At least 4 years of experience in Credit Risk with solid understanding of credit risk processes and practices.
Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or Business Analyst on lending, credit risk projects, or credit decisioning systems.
