IT Project Manager (focus: Multi-channels Sales)

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead the delivery of multi‑channel sales solutions, coordinating internal IT teams, business users, and external vendors. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the functional needs of the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for sales‑related IT systems.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources across multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate application support and system integration for POS and direct‑sales platforms.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and report status to senior management.
• Ensure final solutions align with business requirements and company technology standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Banking, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance, banking or finance sector.
• At least 6 years of experience in project management, application support, and delivery of sales or POS systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
