Junior/Middle Full-Cycle Recruiter

About the role

GEM Corp is looking for a Junior/Middle Talent Acquisition specialist in Hanoi. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, mainly for mid-level and senior positions and critical hires, partnering with hiring managers to define needs and build a steady flow of quality candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-senior and critical roles, defining hiring needs, writing job briefs and designing recruitment strategies
• Sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, job boards and talent communities
• Ensure a smooth, professional and timely candidate experience
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, trends, compensation benchmarks and competitor activity, and advise hiring managers on best practice
• Contribute to workforce planning, recruitment process improvement and compliance with internal policies
• Mentor junior recruiters or interns when required

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 1-2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT, tech or fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to fill mid-level to senior roles independently
• Fluent English is a strong advantage; experience recruiting for the Japanese or Korean market is a plus

• Strong sourcing with hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and recruitment platforms
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset, ownership and resilience under pressure
