L&D Intern – Training and Organizational Development Support

About the role

This internship supports the Learning & Development team in delivering training programs and organizational development initiatives. You will gain hands‑on experience in a leading IT company while assisting senior staff with daily tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in identifying training needs, planning courses, coordinating logistics, and acting as a teaching assistant for internal trainers.
• Support the preparation of training reports, propose improvements, and help organize internal training events.
• Assist in issuing delegation and authorization documents, updating organizational structures, and maintaining role‑responsibility matrices.
• Contribute to building performance evaluation systems, competency frameworks, development plans, and innovation programs.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in Economics, Finance, Human Resources Management or related fields.
• Smart, proactive, detail‑oriented and passionate about learning and development.
• Available to work full‑time (5 days/week).

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Basic English proficiency is an advantage.
