About the role
The Senior HRBP Expert will act as a strategic HR advisor for key business units such as Operations, Tech, Supply Growth, and Back Office, ensuring HR solutions support business growth and transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR advice to multiple business units.
- Align HR solutions with business growth and organizational transformation.
- Partner with business leaders to design and execute people strategies that drive performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in an HRBP or advisory role.
- Strong understanding of organizational design, performance management, and talent development.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience in a fast‑growing environment such as mobility or logistics.
