Lead Front-End Developer (React/TypeScript)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Front‑End Developer to drive the technical vision of Bosch’s enterprise workflow platforms. You will shape the user experience for more than 500,000 global users, delivering high‑performance, scalable applications built with React and TypeScript.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the front‑end architecture, selecting state‑management patterns, frameworks and caching/streaming strategies for real‑time data.
• Own and scale the Bosch Digital Design System and component library, ensuring pixel‑perfect consistency across regions and product modules.
• Design intuitive interfaces for complex workflow automation, including drag‑and‑drop builders, real‑time dashboards and wizard‑based flows.
• Govern design‑system adoption through Storybook, comprehensive documentation and CI gates (linting, accessibility, visual‑regression testing).
• Collaborate with backend teams to enforce API contracts and maintain high‑quality integration points.

Required profile

• Proven technical leadership in front‑end architecture for large‑scale enterprise applications.
• Strong UX engineering mindset with a focus on usability and performance.
• Experience guiding cross‑functional teams and driving standards across multiple product lines.
