Lead Full Stack Engineer (.Net, Vue/React) - Hybrid

About the role

CoverGo, a global no-code insurance platform for health, life and P&C insurance, is looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer in Ho Chi Minh City. You will guide the design, implementation and maintenance of its SaaS platform, give technical direction to the team and mentor junior developers. The role is hybrid for Ho Chi Minh City candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of insurance enterprise software, giving technical direction to the team
• Advise on technology selection, architecture and best practices across front-end and back-end
• Work with product, design and engineering teams to deliver a seamless user experience
• Optimize platform performance for large datasets and high user traffic
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards and drive adoption of best practices
• Investigate and fix bugs, and follow security and compliance best practices
• Keep the team up to date with new technologies and frameworks
• Mentor junior developers and foster their growth

Required profile

• 8+ years as a Full Stack Engineer with a track record of leading complex SaaS applications
• Minimum 2 years in a lead/manager role
• Experience with agile development and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical colleagues

Required skills

• Back-end.NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker
• Front-end: JavaScript, Vue.js and/or React.js
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
• Microservices and/or clean architecture, DDD
• TDD, unit, integration and function testing
• Web security and performance optimization
