About the role
The Bosch Training Center East Asia is building a new regional learning organization that serves ASEAN, Japan and Korea. As a Learning & Development Specialist you will lead the L&D strategy, promote a learning culture and support the integration of the centre across East Asia.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned learning portfolios and drive implementation of development initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align learning programs with business needs.
- Support the integration journey of the newly formed centre, shaping processes and ways of working.
- Provide guidance and expertise to country teams on learning solutions.
Required profile
- Passionate about people development and continuous learning.
- Comfortable working across cultures and in a multinational environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
