Learning Technology & AI Systems Officer

About the role

VinUniversity is seeking a Learning Technology & AI Systems Officer to lead the administration and optimisation of its learning management system and AI‑enabled educational tools. The role will support faculty, staff and students by ensuring a secure, reliable, and data‑driven digital learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Canvas (or a comparable LMS), including system configuration, user and enrolment management, and integration with campus services.
• Provide structured troubleshooting and technical support for LMS users.
• Evaluate, implement and monitor AI tools that enhance teaching, learning and assessment.
• Maintain data security and oversee data visualisation for reporting and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in education, information technology, computer science, information systems, educational technology or a related field.
• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience managing Canvas or a similar LMS, preferably in a higher‑education setting.
• Proven ability to configure systems, manage enrolments, integrate third‑party applications and resolve technical issues.
• Strong analytical and data‑handling skills.
