Leasing Officer – Hanoi Head Office

About the role

AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a core enterprise of the AEON group, focused on shopping‑mall development and operation. The Leasing Officer will join the Hanoi head‑office team to support the leasing activities that help create vibrant retail environments for customers and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the leasing team in preparing proposals, presentations and lease documentation.
• Support data collection and analysis related to tenant performance and market trends.
• Participate in negotiations and liaise with prospective and existing tenants.
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–2 years of experience in leasing, sales, business development, real estate or retail (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
