Legal & Compliance Assistant Manager

About the role
We are seeking a Legal & Compliance Assistant Manager to advise management, implement compliance measures, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure regulatory compliance and minimise legal risks associated with our logistics operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage business licensing and related regulatory matters.
- Review, develop and maintain internal legal documentation for corporate governance.
- Provide in‑house legal advice on all company matters, including contracts and regulatory issues.
- Coordinate compliance activities across departments to minimise legal exposure.
Required profile
- University degree in Law; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of legal experience, preferably in a logistics or forwarding company.
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws and regulations.
- Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking.
