Legal & Compliance Executive

About the role

The Legal & Compliance Executive will support Morinaga Nutritional Foods Vietnam by ensuring all contractual and regulatory matters are handled accurately and efficiently. Reporting to the department manager, you will act as a key legal advisor for internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents, providing clear comments to relevant departments.
• Maintain and continuously improve the company’s contract and legal document management system, ensuring up‑to‑date standard forms.
• Offer legal consultancy to various departments, assisting with compliance issues and regulatory inquiries.
• Monitor changes in enterprise, investment, IP, labor, trade, environmental, and product registration laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• At least 3 years of experience in in‑house legal counsel or business law consultancy.
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese corporate, investment, IP, labor, trade, environmental, and product‑labeling regulations.
• Excellent analytical, research, and drafting abilities.
• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese with strong communication skills.
