Legal Executive - Chuyên Viên Pháp Lý

About the role

The Legal Executive will serve as the in‑house legal counsel for Amata City Longthanh, supporting all departments on commercial, real estate, corporate and investment matters. You will ensure that contracts and legal documents are accurate, compliant and aligned with Vietnamese law.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and revise commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documentation in both Vietnamese and English.
• Provide legal advice to departments on industrial estate, real estate, joint ventures, foreign investment, intellectual property, labor and employment issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation.
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and advise on necessary procedural updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 2–3 years of experience drafting and reviewing contracts, especially in construction, real estate and foreign investment.
• Familiarity with Vietnamese enterprise and investment law, and special regulations for real estate and industrial estates.
• Ability to work effectively with internal departments and external partners.
