Legal Senior (Commercial Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Senior specialized in commercial contracts to join our export team in Ho Chi Minh City. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of export contracts and ensuring they meet both commercial and legal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage export contracts and related legal documents such as purchase orders, proforma invoices, deployment plans, amendments, MOUs, NDAs, LOIs, notices, letters of credit and bank guarantees.
• Support contract negotiations with international customers and suppliers to secure commercially sound and legally compliant agreements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Vietnamese civil, commercial, enterprise, investment and contract law.
• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on contract‑related matters and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, commercial contracts, or a similar legal position.
• Experience with international trade contracts and corporate legal matters is highly preferred.
