Legal Specialist – Hanoi

About the role

Air Liquide Vietnam is seeking a Legal Specialist to join its Hanoi office. You will provide legal support across the company’s industrial gas operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day‑to‑day legal advice to business units and support contract drafting and review.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting the industrial, manufacturing, energy and heavy engineering sectors.
• Assist in managing legal risks, compliance programs and internal investigations.
• Coordinate with external counsel on complex matters and litigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a reputable university; LL.M. or overseas legal education is a plus.
• 3–5 years of in‑house or law‑firm experience, preferably in industrial or energy sectors.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
