Legal Specialist – Licensing & Corporate Law

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Legal Specialist to manage licensing, corporate legal matters, and regulatory compliance for De Heus Vietnam and its affiliates. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure all legal documentation and permits are accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit applications for permits, certificates, and licenses for De Heus Vietnam, its branches, and subsidiaries.
• Draft, review, and provide legal advice on transactions and agreements within delegated authority.
• Identify legal risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with Vietnamese law.
• Support dispute resolution, handle complaints, and liaise with external counsel when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 3–5 years of in‑house legal experience, preferably in licensing.
• Experience in the agriculture or manufacturing sector is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities, effective communication, and the capacity to work independently and under pressure.
