About the role

The Licensing & Immigration Associate will support Rödl Vietnam’s clients by handling corporate licensing and immigration matters in Vietnam. The role involves preparing applications, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and submit corporate licensing applications for companies.
Coordinate immigration procedures for employees and expatriates.
Maintain accurate client records and document management systems.
Monitor changes in Vietnamese licensing and immigration regulations.
Liaise with government authorities and internal teams to ensure timely processing.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in corporate licensing, immigration, company secretarial or corporate compliance.
Experience with a law firm or corporate services provider is preferred.
