Logistics Cost Clearance Intern

About the role

The Logistics Cost Clearance Intern will support the logistics team by ensuring accurate invoice processing and timely payments. This role offers hands‑on experience in cost verification and data maintenance within Bosch’s supply chain operations in Ho Chi Minh City.

Key responsibilities

• Verify logistics invoice content for factual and price accuracy.
• Process invoices for timely payment.
• Maintain and update monthly billing reports.
• Update master data in internal systems each month.
• Prepare ad‑hoc monthly reports as requested by the supervisor.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct superior.

Required profile

• Full‑time university student majoring in Logistics, International Economics or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, hardworking, independent with a can‑do attitude.
• Must provide an official university recommendation letter with stamp.
