Maintenance Manager – Tân Tạo Industrial Zone

About the role

The Maintenance Manager will lead engineering, maintenance, utilities and automation across four manufacturing plants in the Tân Tạo Industrial Zone. You will be responsible for maximizing equipment reliability, operational efficiency, safety compliance and continuous improvement of production assets.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all engineering, maintenance, utilities and automation activities for four plants.
• Ensure high equipment availability and reliability by managing OEE, MTBF, maintenance cost and downtime.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies, TPM programs and reliability engineering initiatives.
• Drive safety compliance and continuous improvement of production assets.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of problem‑solving and performance excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering and maintenance experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in maintenance strategy, TPM, reliability engineering and automation.
• Experience working with international OEM equipment in a manufacturing environment.
