Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical Engineer)

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with a strong mechanical engineering background to join our team in Binh Duong. The role focuses on designing mechanical parts, fixtures and tooling, supporting prototype builds, and ensuring smooth production ramp‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Design mechanical parts, assemblies, fixtures and tooling using CAD software.
• Create and maintain engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs) and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with suppliers and factory teams to support machining, fabrication and assembly processes.
• Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiatives and cost‑reduction improvements.
• Support prototype builds, new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp‑up activities.
• Review supplier capabilities and manufacturing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, equipment engineering or machine‑build projects.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD (or equivalent 3D/2D CAD software).
