Manufacturing Manager

About the role

The Manufacturing Manager will lead large‑scale, labor‑intensive production at our Hung Yen facility, ensuring high performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development. You will oversee multi‑shift operations, maintain operational stability, and drive continuous improvement aligned with customer and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end manufacturing processes including cutting, crimping and related operations.
• Manage multi‑shift production teams to meet output targets.
• Ensure operational stability and compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Align production activities with customer requirements and overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in automotive or other labor‑intensive environments.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multi‑shift operations.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, productivity improvement and cost control.
• Experience handling industrial relations and workforce management.
