Marketing & Communications Intern (Corporate Culture & Events)

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s Ho Chi Minh office as a Marketing & Communications Intern, supporting internal culture, learning, and event initiatives. You will work closely with the corporate communications team to design, promote, and execute programs that boost employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and running internal initiatives such as English workshops, skill‑building bootcamps, and Lunch & Learn sessions.
• Help create and moderate gamified competitions, AI prompt challenges, hackathons, and team‑based games.
• Design eye‑catching posters, newsletters, and digital assets to promote events.
• Organise team‑bonding and cross‑departmental connection events to improve morale.
• Manage event logistics, including registration tracking, feedback collection, and live‑event tech (Zoom, Teams, Slido).

Required profile

• Currently enrolled or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, HR, Business or a related creative field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Power BI).
• Strong interest in corporate culture, learning & development, or event management.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, proactive and able to work both independently and in a team.
