Marketing Executive – Pharmaceutical (Hanoi)

About the role

The Pharmaceutical Marketing Executive will plan, coordinate and execute marketing initiatives for a portfolio of pharmaceutical products. The role ensures successful product launches, promotion, and lifecycle management while complying with the Group’s global strategy and Vietnamese regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans for assigned pharmaceutical products.
• Coordinate promotional activities with the Head Office, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
• Monitor market trends, conduct market research and analyse competitive intelligence.
• Ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory requirements in Vietnam.
• Support product lifecycle management, including post‑launch performance tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product management or business development.
• Experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies is preferred.
• Good understanding of Vietnamese pharmaceutical regulations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
