About the role
Mai Money is a Hanoi‑based digital investment platform that provides accessible, secure, and user‑friendly wealth solutions for Vietnam’s next‑generation investors. As the company expands into open‑ended funds and deepens partnerships with fund managers and regional institutions, it is building a stronger in‑house marketing and growth function to support the next stage of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Translate marketing plans into executional campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Lead and mentor junior team members or project contributors, ensuring high‑quality output.
Required profile
- Approximately 4+ years of relevant experience in growth, product marketing, digital marketing, or related commercial roles.
- Evidence of leading people, projects, or junior colleagues and improving the quality and reliability of their output.
- Strong execution record: able to turn a plan into successful campaigns.
