M&E Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced M&E Project Manager to lead the planning, design and delivery of mechanical and electrical engineering projects for building and infrastructure developments. The role will serve as the main contact for the company on assigned projects and ensure successful hand‑over to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage multiple M&E engineering projects from concept through construction to hand‑over.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client, design consultants and internal teams.
• Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of M&E design, ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements.
• Oversee the execution of M&E design, supervise related works and verify implementation of solutions.
• Monitor project progress, budgets and quality, and report status to senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Heat & Refrigeration Engineering Technology or Thermal Engineering Technology.
• At least 8 years of M&E design and project management experience in building or infrastructure construction.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a design consultancy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client interactions.
