About the role

Camso Vietnam is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of its factory equipment. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of mechanical systems within an industrial manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to guarantee equipment reliability.
• Perform mechanical repairs and improvements when breakdowns occur.
• Strictly adhere to safety standards during all maintenance, repair, and improvement activities.
• Take ownership of an assigned group of equipment, overseeing its maintenance, repair, and enhancement.
• Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and advanced equipment maintenance expertise.
• Basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Effective decision‑making, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
