Medical Representative - Biologics R&I, Da Nang/Hue

About the role

AstraZeneca Vietnam is looking for a Medical Representative for its Biologics R&I portfolio in Da Nang/Hue. The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated and detail-oriented team player committed to the success of customers. The company has one seat available.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy customer strategies to achieve business goals, maintain or improve sales, profit and market share.
• Drive sales growth to maximize net sales within the territory and help meet annual net sales targets.
• Call on key healthcare providers such as physicians, pharmacists and their staff regularly and achieve daily call goals.
• Analyze territory business regularly to maximize sales potential.
• Manage the territory in a compliant way, including call and expense reporting and routine communication with managers and colleagues.
• Engage with key customers through strategies that support the growth of assigned products.
• Operate within compliance guidelines and observe company, health, safety and environmental guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals or medical devices.
• Understanding of the healthcare industry; medical or healthcare experience.
• Proven sales success in immunology, biologics or rare diseases.
• Desired: second degree (e.g. MBA) and prior experience launching new products.

• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication, planning, critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Strategic thinking, organization and analytical skills.
• Data analysis experience, able to turn findings into sales strategies.
• Presentation skills and a flexible, team-oriented attitude.
