Medical Representative – ETC Cần Thơ

About the role

The Medical Representative is responsible for building and executing business plans within the assigned territory, delivering the right message to the right customers and ensuring Servier products are available to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute call plans to deliver the right message to the right customer with the right frequency.
• Build a network of customers by visiting existing and new customers, categorising them by therapeutic area and promoting products.
• Serve as product expert and key contact, responding to enquiries and ensuring product availability.
• Provide timely feedback to the marketing team on campaigns, competitor activity and customer insights.
• Maintain high‑quality reports and accurate data in the customer database.
• Communicate effectively with co‑promotion colleagues and other team members to maximise territory performance.

Required profile

• BS/BA in Pharmacy, Medicine or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in a multinational company.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated dynamism, business passion, teamwork, integrity and compliance.
