Medical Representative – ETC (Trình Dược Viên-Kênh Bệnh Viện)

About the role

The Medical Representative – ETC will promote and drive sales of Dr. Reddy's oncology product portfolio to healthcare professionals within the hospital channel. The role focuses on building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists and hospital decision‑makers in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Present and detail the benefits of oncology and other specialized pharmaceutical products to physicians and pharmacists.
• Achieve sales targets by developing and executing territory plans.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, calls and sales activities in the company CRM.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure product availability and support promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven success in the ETC (hospital) channel, preferably with oncology or similarly specialized products.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers.

Required skills

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of oncology therapeutic area.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes and regulations.
