About the role

The Quality Assurance (QA) Staff will support Toyota Vietnam’s industrial equipment division by ensuring product quality, compliance with ISO standards, and effective handling of chemical substances. This position works closely with production teams to maintain high quality standards and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 activities for the QA department.
• Oversee chemical substance management in products.
• Conduct internal production process audits.
• Investigate defective products and respond to customer claims.
• Participate in internal training programs and share knowledge to develop team skills.

Required profile

• University graduate in engineering.
• Age between 24 and 30 years.
• Minimum 1 year of quality assurance experience in a foreign‑owned manufacturing environment.
• Ability to assess Statistical Quality Control (SQC).
• Knowledge of chemicals and ISO standards is an advantage.
