About the role
The Order Tracking Merchandiser ensures smooth flow of garment production by translating technical packages, handling order documentation, and coordinating schedules. This position works closely with factories to guarantee that both quantity and quality targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret technical packages and translate them into actionable production instructions.
- Receive orders, prepare related documents for production samples, and develop detailed production schedules.
- Monitor factory output daily, track progress, and report on quantity and quality metrics.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues during pre‑production and production phases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of finished garments.
Required profile
- Graduated from a Garment or related major.
- Experience in garment industry preferred; training will be provided if not.
- Good English communication skills.
