About the role

MyAusVisa is expanding its Hanoi office and seeks a detail‑oriented Document Administrator to manage study‑abroad visa applications. You will ensure that each client’s dossier complies with immigration regulations and is processed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, verify and organize all required documents for student visa applications.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s case management system.
• Communicate with clients to request missing information and provide status updates.
• Conduct basic legal research on visa requirements and stay updated on policy changes.
• Collaborate with the legal team in Sydney and local staff to ensure smooth case flow.

Required profile

• Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree (law background preferred).
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail, patient and customer‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Honest, disciplined and high integrity.
