OEM Sales Manager – Low Voltage Electrical

About the role

The OEM Sales Manager will lead the development and expansion of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers for low‑voltage electrical solutions in Vietnam. You will work closely with industrial partners to grow market share across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and win key OEM accounts in industries such as industrial equipment, machine building, automation, HVAC, data‑center infrastructure and renewable energy.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase OEM business volume in the Vietnamese market.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and after‑sales support.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure product fit and successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in low‑voltage electrical or related industrial sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and project‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, drive results and build long‑term customer relationships.
• Business‑level English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Deep understanding of the Vietnamese industrial market and OEM business models.
