职位概况
负责餐厅整体运营管理，确保按照公司标准提供高质量的餐饮服务，达成营业额、成本和利润目标。
主要职责
- 全面管理门店日常运营，执行公司SOP。
- 制定并达成收入、成本、利润等经营指标。
- 监督员工绩效，提升服务质量。
- 处理突发情况，保持门店高效运转。
任职要求
- 1-2年大型连锁餐饮（如KFC、麦当劳、Phúc Long）店长或副店长经验。
- 具备出色的应变能力，能承受高强度工作压力。
- 熟练使用中文进行沟通。
必备技能
- 人员管理
- 门店运营管理
- 餐饮服务流程管理
- SOP执行能力
