Operations Executive / Tour Operator

About the role

The Operations Executive / Tour Operator will coordinate all travel services for clients visiting southern Vietnam. You will ensure that hotels, transportation, boats, air tickets, visas, guides and other arrangements are fully prepared before arrival and run smoothly throughout the stay.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and book hotels, transport, boats, air tickets, visas, guides and related services for clients traveling in South Vietnam.
• Monitor all booked services, verify confirmations, and follow up with suppliers to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Handle any issues that arise during clients' trips promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate closely with Sales and Accounting teams to align bookings, invoicing and client communication.
• Maintain accurate records of itineraries, supplier contacts and client preferences.
• Prepare and update internal documentation and reports related to travel operations.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written in English.
• Effective problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Honest, proactive, responsible and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for scheduling, documentation and reporting.
