Dat Bike, a technology startup dedicated to mass adoption of green transportation through electric bikes, is looking for an Operations Performance Specialist. The role focuses on manufacturing and supply‑chain performance, helping the company deliver reliable, high‑quality products.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze operational performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support supply‑chain planning activities with data‑driven insights.
• Drive manufacturing‑excellence initiatives across production lines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations analytics, or a similar data‑driven role.
• Experience in the automotive industry or a startup environment is a plus.
