Outbound Customer Service Agent – Malaysia Market (Chinese + English)

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (BGSV), a 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH and Bosch's first software development centre in Southeast Asia, is hiring an outbound customer service agent based in Ho Chi Minh City. The role covers the Malaysia market and requires fluent Chinese and good command of English.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound calls and customer engagement activities with assigned customers.
• Execute sales and promotional campaigns to raise customer awareness and drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and account support.
• Promote Bosch products, services and marketing campaigns to target customers.
• Support customer acquisition, retention, development and business expansion initiatives.
• Serve as a dedicated point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
• Identify sales opportunities and grow outbound business activities.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers and Key Account Managers on customer management and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking in CRM systems.
• Achieve defined productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 2 years of experience in outbound customer service, telesales, telemarketing or contact center operations.
• Experience in customer engagement, sales support or account management is preferred.
• Fluent Mandarin, preferably Malaysian Mandarin, and good command of English for business communication.
• Strong communication, customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
