Perfect Store Senior Executive - MT Channel

About the role

The Perfect Store Senior Executive will own and lead Vinamilk's nationwide Perfect Store program for the Modern Trade (MT) channel. This role is responsible for driving in‑store execution excellence, ensuring product availability, visibility, and optimal shelf share across all retail outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the nationwide Perfect Store program for the MT channel.
• Develop and implement in‑store execution, merchandising, and visibility standards across all trade channels.
• Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve field execution quality through audits, sales‑force‑automation (SFA) insights, and market visits.
• Drive the sales organization to consistently achieve execution standards related to availability, visibility, share of shelf, and other key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a similar senior position within multinational or large‑scale FMCG, dairy, or food companies.
• Proven track record of managing modern trade channels and delivering measurable in‑store performance improvements.
