PMO Manager – Social Commerce & Business Transformation

About the role

The PMO Manager will lead the end‑to‑end planning, governance and delivery of strategic, cross‑functional projects at OnPoint. This role is project‑agnostic, supporting any business domain such as Operations, Commercial, Data & Analytics, Supply Chain or Business Transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, reporting structures and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across departments to manage inter‑dependencies and mitigate risks.
• Drive project prioritisation, resource allocation and timeline management.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in project/program management, PMO, business analysis or management consulting, preferably in e‑commerce, retail, logistics or technology‑enabled businesses.
• Proven track record of delivering cross‑functional projects in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
