Process Engineer (CS PKG, PCB Manufacturing)

About the role

The Process Engineer will lead the development and optimisation of CS PKG and PCB manufacturing processes at LG Innotek Vietnam. The role focuses on improving efficiency, ensuring product quality, and controlling production costs across multiple PCB production stages.

Key responsibilities

• Define and refine process parameters for PCB stages such as drilling, lithography, final inspection, solder resist, solder on pad, lamination, copper plating and gold plating.
• Develop and maintain detailed process control plans and documentation.
• Monitor production performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Chemical or related engineering discipline.
• Relevant experience in PCB or related manufacturing environments.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills, especially listening and speaking.
