Procurement Senior Executive / Team Leader

About the role

The Procurement Senior Executive / Team Leader will support the Procurement & Logistics group, driving purchasing performance and ensuring seamless material flow from suppliers to production lines and customers. This role is accountable for key purchasing KPIs and collaborates closely with the broader supply chain function.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Procurement & Logistics team in achieving purchasing targets and KPIs.
• Ensure timely and complete delivery of materials to support production schedules.
• Manage supplier contracts, negotiate terms, and oversee contract compliance.
• Coordinate import‑export processes, customs clearance, and tax compliance.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and finance teams to optimise supply chain efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and purchasing functions.
• Understanding of local tax policies related to import‑export.
• Experience in contract management and negotiation.
• Familiarity with import‑export regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
